A little less admin. A little more breathing room.
Kathryn Dymitrow, LancashireYour virtual assistant in Lancashire.
A little less on your plate.
I’m Kathryn. I sort and reply to emails, arrange appointments and keep your paperwork in order—so those jobs stop eating into the time you need for your customers.

What would help this week?
- Emails keep interrupting the work you’re paid to do?
- I sort your inbox, reply to customer enquiries and flag the messages that need you. You can get on with your work without checking every notification.
- Still finding time for appointments by swapping messages?
- I coordinate your diary, arrange meetings and send reminders. You get the appointment in the calendar without all the back-and-forth.

More about Kathryn’s workBe honest...
Is “I’ll do it tonight”
becoming a bit of a habit?
The document hiding in a WhatsApp thread. The customer record you still need to update. The paperwork waiting until you’ve finished your “real” work.
I can organise those files, update your records and prepare your documents. Hand over the jobs that follow you home, so finishing work can actually mean finishing work.

Getting to know me
A real person.
In your corner.
I’m Kathryn.
And yes, it’s me you’ll be talking to.
Handing work over can feel like a big step. Especially when it’s your customers, your inbox and your name at the bottom of the email. I understand why you’d want to know who’s on the other end.
I run TrustPoint from Lancashire, helping business owners in the UK and beyond with the admin that fills up their days. My background spans healthcare, security, education and compliance. That experience informs how I work; you don’t need to be in one of those industries to work with me.
Sometimes it’s a full inbox. Sometimes it’s keeping learners informed and getting their documentation in order. Whatever we’re working on, the small details matter. Abid’s review below tells that story better than I could.

Shall we make a start?
First, tell me what’s on your mind.
The inbox, the paperwork, the constant interruptions. Start with the jobs that keep getting in your way.
Work out what to hand over.
We can talk through the tasks, priorities and level of support before you choose a package.
Agree the details together.
What I’ll be doing, what I’ll need from you and how we’ll keep in touch. We’ll make sure we both know where to start.
